This time an in house assessment was done initially thought the issue was with the band width speed so upgraded to new Fibre speed package and purchased new modem from internet provider. The next day the WiFi cut out from the main house to the unit although main house was running fine, Deep returned a day after determined recabling required from the main house to the unit. Took 4 days from initial visit to completely fix WiFi issue, as Deep had pre booked appointments in between and was very efficient when onsite. Highly recommend WifiPlus."

They didn't make any promises but were thorough in their assessment and allowed my input into the placement and positioning of the equipment so it was less intrusive, as some wiring was required (we have block wall exterior/internal and no roof cavity as we have Sarking ceiling) which would have been visual. The technicians knowledge and his excellent understanding of how the equipment would work in our home and how it related to the equipment we have in our home was fantastic and informative. Our speeds went from 20-20MB downloads to average around 85-97MB (on occassion over 100MB) was just mind blowing for our livestreaming and digital viewing. We love what we have now and the money was well worth it as I use cloud based programmes for work and the difference in response is beautiful. We can sit out on our new deck and get speeds of 80MB+; heavy download and uploads are seamless and fast. The install work was very tidy and not obvious (as opposed to V=Chorus install of our fibre connection). Totally, totally happy."

"I contacted Leon with questions in regards to our awful wifi - he came for a visit at the allotted time and tested our wifi - he then gave many different options as to what would suit our family the best. I decided that i would use them that night and within a week Ed and his technician (sorry i have forgotten his name) came and set up the 'boosters' around the house to help the wifi get around - we then upgraded to fibre and they liaised with chorus as to what was needed.
